Who is Passport Envy?

Passport Envy is a full-service on-line group travel agency.

 

Is Passport Envy a certified and licensed company?

Yes, we are certified with IATA and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

 

What are your hours?

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 11am to 8 pm. We respond very quickly via email at info@passport-envy.com.

 

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

We are no longer accepting any new requests for private travel quotes 

 

Is Passport Envy for men and women?

Yes. Passport Envy caters to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be the professional man or woman that would like to step away from their day-to-day reality and see the world.

 

What payments do you accept?

We only accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

 

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

 

Do I have to make a payment every month?

Our platform is built to set our customers on a scheduled payment plan when you book a trip with us. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

 

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding your own roommate or replacement roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

 

What happens after I make my reservation?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

 

When will I receive the final itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
